PakPot designs and manufactures innovative packaging solutions for brands and products that appear on shelves around the world – we also make many of the moulds that make our products. The decision to invest in building our own state-of-the-art machinery rather than rely on suppliers was taken to ensure our clients receive unrivalled product quality and speed to market every time.

Centralising the manufacturing, packaging and logistics divisions in our business reduces our reliance on freight, minimising our carbon footprint. Additionally, operating a Clean Room (environmentally controlled production facility) at our premises ensures we retain our accreditation.

All steps in the PakPot production process happen in-house, including the 3 crucial design- prototyping-tooling steps that many of our competitors outsource, sometimes to overseas suppliers. Having our own tooling ensures unrivalled quality control and speed to market for our clients.

Brand owners understand the importance of attractive, distinctive packaging. We understand this, too.

PakPot produces thin-walled plastic packaging solutions for the food, cosmetics and medical sectors that are as eye-catching as they are functional. And while we specialise in the food sector (having manufactured a range of award-winning tubs, pots and containers), we are experts in industries that require a higher level of hygiene in their packaging.

Using our In-Mould Labelling (IML) process, we manufacture high quality packaging for products such as Dips, Desserts, Yoghurts, Spreads and Dairy items.

PakPot has established a reputation for outstanding design innovation. Working in partnership with our Brand Owners, we have developed many products including the ‘flip’ range of Chobani Yoghurts which revolutionised the category in terms of functionality and customer experience.

In-Mould Labelling. We do ours in-house.

IML is a revolutionary production process that merges the container moulding and label printing processes into a single operation.

And that means good things for planet earth. Removing a key phase of the production process reduces our energy usage. And because the IML process allows the label to behave like a shrink sleeve – adhering to the tub – the consumer only has a single package to throw away.
